10Verified ReviewOur Immersion heater had packed up, after a call Thursday morning for help to XLS, we arranged for a Friday pm appointment ( we were away over night) , Billy arrived, he gave clear explanations of every step in the analysis process, fixed the problem and gave us a clear pathway to possible next stages if required. I could not recommend them more highly, we will most definitely use them again.

He and his team were always punctual and put in a full day. They were always personable and friendly, which is important when working in your home. Quality of work was good and they often went the extra mile to help with shifting things around, oven installation etc. Final certificate delivered the day they finished.
