    Effective response to emergency for elderly customer.

    The engineer was prompt, polite and considerate of the fact that the customer was a frail & elderly (93) lady. Issue was fixed without fuss and reassurance was given.

    Good service prompt and direct explaining the job

    Good explanation of what was being done wasnt impressed with the vat on top of the 98£ fee for the gas cooker being disconnected coming too 117.60 still better for peace of mind and safety
