• Repair broken double glazed window unit

  Took 6 weeks to decide they couldn't repair a broken window and left us in the lurch. Quoted £195 but "engineer" would finalise cost following a site survey. Following survey, quote rose to £304, supposedly as toughened glass was needed "due to building regulations". Despite website stating "no payment is taken until the work is completed", took £165 and then took 5 weeks to decide they didn't have anyone to do the work. No attempt to subcontract. Refunded my credit card and ducked out. Checked building regulations - toughened glass not needed. Hopeless! Local glazier did job in 10 days! Avoid
