Called out Xpress for no heating, within two hours they had everything back up and running at a very competitive cost. Have booked them again next week for a yearly gas safety check. Easy company to deal with and no surprises.

Bathroom light fitting replacement
Contacted me quickly, answered my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. Very polite and they got to the job quickly, completing it just when they said with no fuss. My tenants are happy with the work and I'll use Xpress again.

Electric heater repair
The team did a great job diagnosing and repairing the problem with my electric fireplace heater. When a component needed replacing, the office called me up to confirm that I'd be OK with the cost of that part before buying and installing it. I really appreciated that. The job was completed within one visit/day, which was brilliant too. And payment was easily sorted. I also liked that I have been supplied with an invoice by email.
