    Quick and efficient

    We had our kitchen tap replaced. They called immediately when we put in a request and booked us in that week, lots of availability. The plumber worked quickly and well! Problem we had been putting off for weeks was sorted so easily!

    Efficient and friendly

    The company was efficient in getting the appointment booked in. Although I was disappointed that work couldn’t be done on the first day, rather just getting a quote, I understand why that happens. The work was completed quickly and efficiently on the day, with no mess or disruption. After a very bad experience recently with another firm, I was anxious about being let down, but I am pleased to say that I was delighted by the outcome.

    From the initial telephone call to the work being completed, everything was done with professionalism and all contacts were extremely helpful and courteous. Same day repair was what I needed, I was offered 2 time slots and kept informed about the engineers ETA. Would definitely recommend and use these services again.

    Fast Flush

    our cistern flush broke last thing at night my husband phoned checkatrade in the morning a plumber arrived 3/4 of an hour later & left 15 minutes later leaving us with a nice new plunger on our cistern he was extremely pleasant & efficient job well done.
