He contacted me quickly, we arranged a date for him the view the work I needed done. He came round and fixed the problem the same day. I was very pleased with the service.

Came quickly as arranged and successfully completed the diagnosis, identifying two separate leaks under the floor. Involved dismantling the shower and subsequently removing all fixed items and the floor (tiles and boards) which had received substantial water damage. Always pleasant and helpful on site. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again (Would also have been happy to use XTB to complete the bathroom replacement but a separate company was selected by the managing agent/insurers)

The team came to our house to assess the issue and then came back a week later to fix the problem. They were extremely professional and took their time to fix the issue and even repaired an extra couple of things. Really great service and super professional.

The work required was more complex than anticipated, Trifona kept us informed throughout the process. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned away the mess made during the work. Very satisfied with the service.

The fault was a built in toilet flush which kept on running. He turned up promptly, identified and explained the problem. Showed me the faulty component then fitted and tested a replacement valve.

Service was prompt, polite and professional, work was done to a high standard and well explained, and the area was left tidy afterwards. Highly recommended!
