Our new loft was delivered on time and to a high standard. Xtra Loft were excellent communicators and managers of the project. They worked hard the entire time even though there was a heatwave. They focus on one job at a time which gave us confidence they would finish on time. Always polite and considerate of both us and our neighbours. The price included in the review is the basic build cost excluding extras.

We would highly recommend Xtra Loft Space. They’re professional, hardworking and reliable and the quality of the work they did for us is great. Our house looks brand new inside and out and we couldn’t be happier. Close knit, friendly team and the other trades involved all regularly work with them so all people onsite are known and trusted. The project was completed on time and good communication meant we always knew what was happening at every stage. We would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Xtra loft Space to anyone considering any Building work I only met them by chance when our previous builder let us down. We hired them to build our Loft Extension and within a few months got them back to do the downstairs Rear Extension. They are Honest, Hardworking and above all professional. Everything ran like clockwork from start to finish. They pride themselves on high end perfection and quality workmanship. On a more Personal level, they soon become our friends. Nothing was ever too much trouble and were 100% trustworthy and considerate when working in our home.

Very pleased. Nothing was too much trouble even though I changed what I wanted and added additional work. They covered every trade and the finished result was better than I had hoped for.
