Our alarm was damaged after a lightening strike and went off during the night, I text XTras Security Networks at 03.30am and the engineer called at 07.00 to say he was on his way, all assessed in 10 minutes, new unit ordered and fitted within 2 days, excellent service, above and beyond. If you need an alarm system fitted I definitely recommend XTras Security Networks

My mam was having trouble with her house alarm as it kept going off unexpectedly. I called Extras and they responded straight away, letting us know they could come out to help. They arrived the following morning, and disconnected the alarm for us. The service was fast and efficient, and Louis who came out was really friendly and helpful. Great service and much appreciated.

Louis was very quick and efficient to remotely guide me to fix my alarm system issue (two batteries needed replacement) and checked that the system was healthy afterwards. It’s great to be able to count on him for maintenance, prompt to help. He has previously installed the house smart alarm, and other electrical work in the house, very happy with all the jobs done and highly recommend.
