Professional, meticulous and great to work with
Panos did an excellent job on several projects in our home, including replacing our worktop, installing a dishwasher, fitting a spice rack and custom door, hanging a bathroom door, tiling the kitchen, and installing a kitchen hood. His workmanship was beautiful, methodical, and finished to a very high standard. He was always on time, communicated clearly, kept everything tidy, and cleaned up after himself. Extremely professional and reliable, we’re delighted with the results and would happily hire him again.Verified reviewerJob location: SE9RDeepika G10 Staircases

Replace staircase bannisters.
Ross and his colleague did an excellent job replacing the staircase bannisters, he came up with a solution even though it was difficult because of the old staircase. He was professional, easy to deal with and worked solidly.Job location: BR1RTracy A10 Carpenter

Multiple door replacements
Panos originally fitted 2 new fire doors for us. He did such an amazing job we had him back to replace every other door in the house. We have metal frames so quite tricky but Panos did an incredible job. Will be asking him back again for future works. Very polite, tidy and hard working.Job location: BR6RJames B

Hey there! I'm Panos from Xylon Installations Ltd Your Go to Carpenter for Unique Projects.
So, I've been playing with wood for over 30 years now, and honestly, I still love it.
My main gigs are crafting awesome garden rooms and getting creative with all sorts of carpentry bits and bobs.
I've had the pleasure of working on some really cool, high-end projects over the years, and I bring that same level of care and attention to everything I do.
I'm based in Chislehurst and happy to travel to the surrounding areas.
What makes me different? Well, I'm a pretty reliable guy, and I sweat the small stuff to make sure every project is spot on.
Plus, I genuinely dig what I do. Fun fact: my love for wood actually started in the army when my captain strong-armed me into building a collapsible gazebo for the camp.
Now that I'm easing off the massive projects, I'm looking to connect with folks on Checkatrade for a steady stream of interesting work where I can really show off my skills and keep things professional.
Whether you're after a killer garden room to chill in or need some creative carpentry magic inside your home, I'm your guy.
I'm all about clear chats and making sure you're absolutely chuffed with the final result.
Why choose me.
- Loads of Experience: Been doing this for over three decades.
- Garden Room Guru: I can build you something truly special.
- Creative Carpenter: Got a unique idea? Let's make it happen.
- Reliable as They Come: I'll be there when I say I will.
- Obsessed with Details: I won't rest until it's perfect.
- Seriously Passionate About Wood: It's not just a job, it's a buzz.
- Serving: Chislehurst and nearby spots.
- Keen to chat about your project
Drop me a line, I'm always happy to talk wood.
