After asking severaal tradesmen for quotes, Yakubia were the cheapest and actually the most suitable quotye, did full measurements at time of quotaion, which very few others did. They were aable to get started at the end of the School Holidays, which was great, many others couldnt start until November - and the Job was completed in less than 3 weeks, even though there were some days where he was completely rained off. Excellent Communication, no hidden extras, all Guttering, downpies etc replaced, and all wall fittings reattached very neatly - A Great jobn and hopfully the insulation will help

Since day one they were courteous and very professional in all parts of the job. Even to getting rid of unwanted flagstone I didn’t need & doing a small plastering job in the downstairs toilet that they didn’t charge for. We are well pleased with the finished job and would recommend them to anyone
