Full House Rewire.
Ben from Yardley Electrical was enlisted for a full rewire of our property. Not only did he provide a comprehensive quote which detailed the job, he was reasonable in his costs. Ben paid attention to detail knowing that this was our first home and our family home. He ensured everything was finished to a high standard, and was happy to work at a pace that suited us. Reroute SWA cable run to garage, move distribution board and 2x associated circuits

Replacing light fittings and upgrading bathroom fan extract
Ben provided a fantastic service from start to finish. First and foremost, he arrived on time - a rarity in the construction industry - and well prepared for the job at hand. The quote was clearly communicated from the outset and competitively priced compared to others we had found. All of the work completed was to a very high standard and there was no trace of building works taken place - immaculate. A delight and a pleasure, you would be hard pressed to find a tradeperson with as good a work ethic or sense of humour.
Fault finding and fix of our kitchen socket circuit
We had no socket power in our kitchen for two months and had various other trades people let us down, or who couldn’t find the issue. Ben was a total hero and efficiently found the fault and took care to communicate our options to us. He gave excellent advise and fixed the problem with diligence and speed! We are delighted. Highly recommend Ben for his excellent knowledge and for being so friendly and reassuring whilst helping us at our home. Thank you!
