Yatros Renovations are the worst builders I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t trust them to mow my lawn. The experience was genuinely traumatising. Despite clear agreements that could be referenced, Marcos constantly changed his story or claimed he “didn’t realise how much work it would be.” Responsibilities would suddenly shift halfway through the job – including skip hire, which was initially agreed to be his. There was no accountability, honesty, or professionalism. This has completely put me off using builders in this area. Avoid at all costs.
