Firstly, communication was excellent, from first contact to completion. The quotation was fair and the agreed price was met. The standard of work was completely satisfactory and I would have no hesitation in using Yaxley building services for future projects. The builder was completely reliable, arrived on time, got on with the job and cleared up any mess each day when finished. The work consisted of removing an old gate post and capping stone and building a new post. Replacing damaged bricks in our bungalow wall and fitting new one’s.

Nice professional job without any stress or messing us around, kept up to date on when he was able to start and adjusted for our plans too. Left things clean and tidy, happy to recommend.
