  The team turned up promptly and were very professional. Team leaders were very knowledgeable and very keen to sort problems as they arose. Everyone on the team at Yeames, was very good and explained things and processes without using big words or complicated drawings. All in all would definitely recommend as the service was great and the staff were amazing.

  Solar Installation

  Yeames put a solar installation in my garden. They were disorganised from the early stages and I had to chase them many times. The solar installation packed up after a few months and two months later it is still not fixed. The irony is that they sold me a system based on its reliability! I have to chase them up to do anything. They strike me as an organisation that will flog you some solar panels but don’t want to offer any kind of service when things go wrong. They have an excuse book which is clearly very thick.

  9 Solar PVs with GivEnergy Hybrid Inverter and 9.5kWh Battery

  Overall, our experience with Yeames was better than expected. Not pushy for a hard sell. They listened to what we needed and made the appropriate recommendation. As soon as we made the decision, we got offered a more than satisfactory date for install. There were small delays but were offset by overall efficiency and professionalism of the team; everything went swimmingly. An area for improvement and I do hope will be considered is to ensure Sales Team follow through to end of install, and not just pass on to Execution Team for completion. For a customer, this is value add and important.

  Installation of Solar Panels with micro inverters and an external battery

  Everyone who we met on this installation were polite and good at their job. The office staff and on site workers were all lovely. Our installation was less than a month ago and because of the advice we were given we are already benefiting from our investment.
