After heavy rains, we experienced an issue with our sockets tripping. Tom from Yellow Hammer responded promptly to my calls and thoroughly explained what to expect. He worked diligently to identify and resolve the fault, keeping me informed throughout the process. Despite the late hour, Tom ensured the job was completed to a high standard.
