Still having issues with the shower drain flooding Lewis fitted, been chasing for 4 months. Constant issues from the start, toilet leaking, sink falling off the wall, sink waste pipes siliconed to stop leaking as he fitted them at an angle, radiator leaking, shower surround drilled into causing longer delay in installing. Shower glass not secured so has compromised the silicone. Skirting board incomplete and we had to seal. He left concerete underneath flooring ripping new lino. Wouldn't know when he was turning up either, only wanted shower drain sorting, was willing to ignore other issues

This job was booked in, you came to view the bathroom and you advised I sent over links of the items I was to order to confirm these were correct. A deposit was paid via bank transfer with the promise of an invoice to justify the higher deposit cost to cover materials. Since the deposit has been paid, you have been uncontactable by iMessage, SMS, CheckaTrade, calls to both mobile and the landline number on your profile, and emails bounce back as a fake email has been put on your Facebook account. I have essentially had all communication cut off and just shy of £500 taken with no follow up.

Over the moon with our new bathroom. Extremely happy with Lewis’ work. He communicated well throughout and really listened to what we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better service! Highly recommend

Really happy with the work completed! All work completed on time and to a high standard. Definitely would recommend and already thinking about our next job we need to book in!
