Building Works (minimum job £1,500 + VAT)

Comprehensive building services including wall removals (with RSJs and structural calculations), extensions, kitchen installations, plastering (rooms or entire houses), window and door installation, and complete property upgrades. Minimum job value for any works from £1,500 + VAT.

Price is a starting point. Final cost will depend on the size and complexity of the project. Includes labour, materials, and waste disposal. Structural calculations are priced separately.

Important notes

  • Minimum job value of £1,500 + VAT applies. We specialise in larger projects requiring several tradespeople. We however do not undertake small works below this value due to logistical constraints.
