Informed when delayed and happy to answer questions what was happening during the job. Put sheeting down and cleared up afterwards. Friendly manner to next door neighbour to ask to use their outdoor garden tap for the water. Politely asked to use the mains socket. Explained these older terrace house used coal between the bricks before mortar when built. So a bit of a history lesson, which I never knew about.

Needed a crack in the brick work stitching and repointing. Yorkshire Pointing were great, quick call out, fair quote, and work done to a high standard.

Urgent repointing needed due to water leakage. Yorkshire Pointing contacted me the same day as I put the request through Checkatrade and came out a few days later to assess the job. Delighted that they could start the next day. 27 coping stones removed from roof, re- set and a full repoint to extension completed in one day. Quality workmanship, would highly recommended.
