I posted an emergency job on behalf of my elderly parents and received a response within an hour. The job was scheduled for later the same day, which was a huge relief. The service was outstanding from start to finish — the work was completed to a brilliant standard, and best of all, Callum completely understood my situation given that I couldn’t be there in person. He kept me informed every step of the way and treated my parents with kindness and respect, and made the whole process stress-free. Small blip when first appointment (which was tight on time) did not work out. But a second one was arranged quickly and this went ahead. Happy that things were resolved quickly, happy with survey and report.

I contacted the company because my late brother's house had had a survey which suggested there was a drainage problem and so the buyer pulled out. As I live 160 miles away from this property I made an arrangement to meet them on site 3 weeks later. The day arrived and I received a message to say that their van had broken down, but they would come in a car and see if they could sort the problem. They arrived and I was impressed with the honest assessment that was made. They completed the works in a very quick time and at a very reasonable cost, A genuine trustworthy business

I phoned Callum at 9.00 and his company was on site by 9.45. The drains were cleared by 10.40, despite 2 long runs of the drains being very blocked. The engineer was persistent and achieved a successful outcome. Will definitely us the company again.
