Straightforward and responsive
Young's replaced a small flat roof on a dormer for us. Ben came out to assess quickly and provided an itemised quote over email within a few days, which was comfortably within the range of quotes we got. He was personable to deal with and responsive with follow-up queries, and happy to explain what things meant and why he was doing them that way. I might've liked a proactive update or two as works progressed but I'm sure I'd have got one if I'd asked. Quick response to urgent issue
Really helpful. Our roof was damaged by Storm Amy and we were able to get Youngs Roofing out to assess the next day. All work carried out in a very timely manner including organising for scaffolding to be erected. Identified a few other ares of maintenance that could be done at the same time and provided reasonable quote for all of the work. Roof repair
Had a roof problem and received several quotes to fix all well into six figures. Saw Young‘s van parked outside and asked for a quote.
