  Rip out of a 40 year old maze consisting of old sun room, workshop, and various outbuildings

  I advertised my job on various sites, other trades turned it down or overpriced it as it was a massive undertaking! Youngs replied and viewed it quickly after posting it on this site, they quoted on the spot which was very reasonable considering the work involved and started immediately, I even pointed out other problems I had with the property and they even fixed my main roof to ensure it was watertight. The work was conducted swiftly and methodically, I have already asked them to complete other work, amazing team! Highly recommended and so polite with amazing work ethics (very rare)!

  Works done to fix leak only have exacerbated the issue

  Had flashing recoated as they said this would fix a leak initially. Post-works, water still came in, worse than before. Had them out to look again and they recommended an EPS board being fit, + 1 slate tile replaced at an additional cost (£1000); I paid as I wanted it to be sorted to stop further ingress. Water is still coming in and they have not come round to look again despite me giving 18 days since contacting them about being unhappy with the work done to do so. Also failed to provide me receipts of payment despite asking multiple times. Unreliable and I feel misled.

  Replacement of rotten wood and broken tiles plus valley gutter repairs

  Very happy with this company. They came quickly to look at and quote for the job and came 2 weeks after that. They were courteous and work was of a good quality. Anthony kept us informed as to what was being done. There were 3 of them so things got done quickly and they removed the rubbish and tidied up really well after they had finished. Highly recommended!

  Repointing ridge tiles

  Recent damage to the ridge tiles that left a 1 metre open gap and some cement debris on the roof. Severe storm forecast for the next day and I was concerned it may cause more damage. Anthony and his partner attended within the hour gave me what I believe was a fair estimate. Offered to fix the ridge tiles there and then. In the circumstances they did a great job and I have no hesitation calling on their services again in the future.

  New fascia’s/soffits/guttering/roof clean and chimney repointing

  Anthony and his team did a fantastic job. My house now looks amazing. The work completed is excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Price was very reasonable and they turned up promptly and tidied everything up after themselves. Absolutely love the facelift my house desperately needed. A* workmanship
