I have had a new bathroom completed. From getting intouch to finish, they have been helpful. The lads have cleaned up after each day and i have no complaints I have used Your choice before for other completed jobs. They listened to my idea and went with what i wanted.

Lee and Dave did a great work with joinery and brickwork respectively, did a great job and asked questions when unsure what we wanted. Additional works quotes were ridiculous, had to have all plasterboard redone as it was done so poorly in first instance. We chose Your choice as wife wanted a. 'project manager' but ended up doing most of this ourselves anyway. Was difficult not knowing who, when or for how many days jobs were going on for when trying to plan additional trades to come to do other jobs.

I'm very happy with Your Choice' service. Gary, the sales person, explained clearly and patiently about the project and the cost. The staff, technicians and workers involved in the project are polite and in good workmanship. They always tidy up stuff after work. Though some tasks may not be done so perfect, whenever we raised the issues to Mark, the overseer of the project, he always followed through and made it right. I am especially thankful to his valuable advice and his enormous patience to explain them to us. Overall, I'm very satisfied to the service from Your Choice.

I am very pleased that I hired Your Choice Home Improvements to replace our glass conservatory roof with a tiled roof. I chose the company because it is a local company with a small showroom and good reviews. It was refreshing to meet Gary, the Senior Design Consultant, who explained everything I needed to know about the product and the process, without any "hard sell". I liked that all the installers are employed directly by the company. The work was delayed due to heavy rain, but I was kept informed and the work was completed quickly. The team left the site clean and tidy each day.

Some positives, some negatives. The work was completed to a high standard... it required some corrective work to the blockwork, but a few photos and they sent someone out the next day. Foundation installation, flooring, roofing, electrical and plastering went very smoothly. I would use them again.
