Unacceptable service in CT9. Paid £120 for an advertised "Deep Clean" for my elderly mother. Two young, inexperienced cleaners came for two hours, but proper cleaning simply wasn't done. They spent the entire two hours in a tiny bathroom (bath and sink only, no shower) and barely touched it, failing to clean basic areas or even open the cupboards. When I complained about the poor quality, management was aggressive, dismissive, forced payment, and blamed the home. Terrible standard of work. Avoid.

Brilliant company, the ladies I have weekly come when stated and communication is great, always check that I'm happy before they leave and even the dog looks forward to her cuddles with them weekly. Cleaning is a high quality and very friendly. Thank you for the effort you put into our home

I initially booked a deep clean and the results were excellent. I could not fault the cleaning at all, only asking that things don't get moved around as much (I'm terrible for living in a mess but knowing where everything is!). This was taken on board and the job was finished today with the same exceptional results.
