Would highly recommend Kyle to anyone who needs an EPC completing on their property. Contacted him late Friday evening and he responded immediately and got us booked in for Monday. He arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. Once he finished his inspection of the property the EPC was lodged on the government website and ready to view within just over an hour.

Kyle is very efficient, making sure everything is covered thoroughly and works very conscientiously around your property, he is very friendly helpful and informative and extremely reliable, I would highly recommend him for all your epc works

Kyle came round to assess my house for a new EPC as we hadnt had one done for 13years and he was brilliant. He was prompt and knew exactly what he was doing have all the recent and up to date information. He was polite and well mannered at all times. Kyle completed the assessment in a timely manner and was happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how small and he was patient while I found the relevant information for him.
