Unfinished work.
The work in tiling , plumbing, electrics done in my utility room, were done carefully and well done. I would have given 9 for that work. But then a piece of work, the fitting of cupboard doors needed to take place a little over a month later, and was promised to be done. Simce then , Mike hasn't replied to a couple of phone calls, and text to ask with reguard getting the job done. He has been silent, and it's clear to me he does not intend doing it. So, on the surface a very pleasant person, however the final outcome is disappointing.

Ventilation into the bedroom to reduce moisture and subsequent mould.
Arrived at the agreed time, following a visit to view the job and agree an outcome. Friendly and polite, did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself including vacuming the work area. Would fully recommend him. Tea, dark in colour, milk no sugar, biscuit optional

Fitting new handles and hinges to doors, fixing toilet cistern and other minor items.

Replacement staircase spindles and install new handrail
Really pleased Mike did a lovely job and the result was exactly what I wanted. He was very professional and the pride in his workmanship shows. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will be in touch in the future when I am ready to have more work done.

Fitting interior doors and chair rails
Mike at You Home Property Services was fantastic. Great attention to detail, great prices and very prompt to arrive in the morning. He cleaned the house to a high standard once the work was finished and was patient with the many questions of our very curious 5 year old!
