  Your House Carpentry and Building were recommended to me by a neighbour and friend to renovate my flat, and I am delighted with the results. As the flat is in a Grade 2 listed building, they had to follow strict planning guidelines, which they did without any issues. They were extremely considerate to neighbours when working in the building and always ensured everywhere was kept clean and tidy. They oversaw every stage of the build, and were brilliant with communication, even while I was away working for several weeks. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

  Simon and his team have just finished completely renovating my bungalow. From start to finish they have been excellent, they all take a pride in their work, a lovely friendly team. I was still living in the property whilst works were carried out, they made sure everything was left clean and tidy each day. They were also mindful of my neighbours making sure everything outside was also cleared This project felt quite daunting at the start as I was doing this solo, but Simon guided me through every stage and was always happy to explain things I did not understand. Highly recommend this company.

  A complete transformation to the entire building, it is unrecognisable. All windows, doors replaced. Everything from new skirtings, internal doors and flooring throughout. There is nothing that remains from the original tumble down property I moved in to at the end of August 2021. Advice always available. I lived in the property throughout the renovation, the team were always considerate of the situation. And made sure I was always left with utilities, and tidy as possible. It was project managed to the highest standard.

• Loft conversion

  Your House Carpentry and Building converted an empty loft room into a walk in wardrobe that led into another bathroom. We are so impressed with the work that was carried out and we have had so many amazing comments from family and friends. The team were always on time, they always communicated and were very clean and tidy. We had a vision of what we wanted that room to be and they made it happen. We would highly recommend this company and we wouldn't use anyone else again.
