    Tried to be helpful but didn't follow through

    Very communicative and helpful over the phone, but on the day they never showed up. They passed me over to an associate company but didn't give them the full details of the job we needed doing, so the guy from the new company came but hadn't got the equipment needed to do the job, so I cancelled.

    Cracked on and got the job done, was very polite and did a good job. Decent price. Only minor issue was he was an hour late and I had to send a message to find out if they were still coming.
