Work was for my elderly father who placed the call/job, receptionist was incredibly helpful when I spoke to her on the day, very understanding re my father’s aged etc. And Alfie the plumber was great, called beforehand and very polite. Also felt the cost of the work was very reasonable Thank you

The plumber himself carried out the work in an extremely competent and efficient manner, but we were unable to obtain a quotation in writing up front, then we were promised a discount, but nothing in writing. When all was finished we got an invoice, which included a £20 discount for being over 80 (I think). However, I think the hourly rate was extremely high ??
