Shower leak repair
Great job despite some challenges of the plumbing layout in this house. The repair work to replace leaking isolation valves and remove the shower cartridges was done professionally and cleanly, additionally they were a great communicator. I would definately use again.

Removing an existing smart toilet and fitting a new one onto existing cistern
Bledi was very responsive from the first call and quoted me very fast to do the job within a few days. An existing smart toilet needed removal and the installation of a different one onto existing cistern. After reading through all the material I sent him he was able to quote me for it. Great guy to work with and given the existing toilet wasn't brilliantly installed and a little low he was still able to fit the new one without having to remove the in-wall cistern. The toilet installed was over £5K and Bledi was very diligent and careful throughout.
