Gas boiler service and renewal of landlord gas safety certificate
Alan has done several boiler services and landlord gas safety certificates for me and also checked and repaired several leaks. If there is a problem/emergency with any of our properties I know I can contact him anytime and he will sort out the problem asap and efficiently. He contacts the tenants direct and keeps me informed, quotes me and carries out the work accordingly. I have no problems recommending Alan.
