Everything went smooth. I was very happy with the service.

I was very happy with the experience offered by Relay Secure Systems from the initial phone call to the completion of installation. I was kept informed of the appointment by Ami. Luke and Will were thorough technicians and explained the process with respect and in a language I understood. I was thrilled with the apps that Luke installed for me and other possible apps down the line. Thank you so much for a great job at a reasonable price.

Luke installed new motors on my old gates, required some fabrication which was not a problem for him. Small oversight meant I had to buy new gate lights due to the change in system voltage which was not foreseen, but Luke came back and fitted them for me as well as helping me troubleshoot a separate issue with my intercom which is also now resolved. Given 5 stars as despite the oversight they stuck with the job, whereas many other would have jumped and run after being paid.

Fantastic service they did exactly what we asked for on the day they scheduled. It could not have been better.

We have just had our 35 year old alarm system replaced by Luke and William from Relay. They did the job quickly, efficiently and neatly. Luke gave us plenty of time to explain its intricacies. The cost was very reasonable and it was completed in less time than we had expected. The follow up from a previous job where Phil and William installed a CCTV security system has also been excellent. I have reviewed this on Google.

Luke carried out the service on my alarm system and was outstanding throughout. He’s down to earth, took the time to explain what he was going to do before starting, and completed everything at the price agreed in advance — with no unexpected extras or attempts to find fault where none existed. That kind of honest approach is genuinely refreshing. On time, on budget, and to an excellent standard. I’ll be using Relay Secure Systems for all my alarm, CCTV and audio-visual work going forward.
