Ytex completed the building work of my garage conversion. Was very impressed with the workmanship and quickness throughout the project. They always ensured the area was left tidy and safe before leaving site and completed all work to a high standard. Throughout the project they were quick to respond to any queries or requests to make sure both myself and build regulations where happy. The only company after getting several quotes from other builders that I felt was giving me a fair price for the work being completed and not trying to over charge me for the project.

Pleased with the finished extension, high quality finish. They were good to work with right from the start, great communication from start till the end of the project. Happy to recommend to family and friends.

After being let down by my first builder, we got in touch with Ytex. The quote came back very quick. It was slightly higher then my budget, but well worth it. Overall very happy with quality and communication skills. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a try.
