  New combi-boiler

  The engineers were punctual and polite. They completed the work efficiently, which was removing the original boiler and hot water tank, and fitting a combi-boiler and hive system. After the work was supposedly finished, another engineer had to return to fix some issues with hot water not running correctly. Despite this it was fixed quickly and is working as it should now. The engineers were professional and helpful.

  Very satisfied with Z2 Engineering. From the quotation through to installation of the unvented cylinder Z2 were friendly, approachable and helpful. They weren’t necessarily the cheapest but were there to offer advice and support regarding which cylinder to choose. The job was carried professionally with a minimum of mess and fuss. The level of service is to be commended. I can definitely recommend them.

  Macerator and shower issue

  I have had many bad experiences with plumbers having managed properties for over 10 years. the checker trade process was a simple and the service that I received, for the very fair charging structure, was fantastic! I have already recommended them and will be using again!
