    A truly excellent removal service. The price was good and the communication from the time of sourcing a quote to completion of the job was superb. The removal guys were punctual, efficient and polite. If I need to, I would definitely use them again.

    This company let me down for my move on 8/9/23. They were booked to moved me AND the person whose property I was moving into. Thus TWO sets of people. It was the hottest day of the year, I had confirmed by email and they had also confirmed on 18/8/23 by email. When I phoned them on the morning they lied and said that they had contacted me and the other mover to confirm and gad not received a reply. LIES!!! Said they would call me back on the morning in question, did not do so and blocked my calls and calls from the other mover. Am reporting them to trading standards.

    We were very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the work. The pre-move communication with Russ was great; the price was good; on the day 4 men came on time and they managed to move our 5 bedroom home in just over 5 hours, from beginning to end, including travel time. This was the least stressful move experience we've had so far. Thank you.
