  The house had been wholly untouched since the 1970s and was in a poor state of repair needing a complete overhaul. In short, they brought it into the 21st Century with a very high-quality finish. They led all building work inc. the installation of a new kitchen, new bathroom and new roof. They completely rewired and re-plumbed the house and replaced all of the interior fittings. They also did a great job restoring the garden. They were flexible to requests for changes, very easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with the job and the price, and I thoroughly recommend them.

  We had a Howdens kitchen fitted by Zouhir and his team in Sept 2023. Overall they did a good job with the small space we had, and were generally neat and tidy, polite, and punctual. However, while requesting our boiler servicing we realised that they did not follow the clearance requirements when fitting the cabinet around the boiler despite being provided the manual. They could have flagged this to us at the time but did not spot the problem. We are going to have to find someone else to remove the cabinet which is hugely disappointing.

  Z&S construction repaired the flat roof in our kitchen, installed new fencing and built a new external side door for our property. The work undertaken was to a high standard and completed on time. They were polite and professional throughout. We were very happy with the work and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
