Zia was fantastic! Great customer service skills and very knowledge. Honest with the options available. My boiler broke and came to inspect and give quote on the same day as sending in my query and then installed new boiler the next day. Can't fault him. Would highly recommend.

Z & Z were very accommodating and sympathetic to my situation in that I want a Landlords Safety Check but were dependent on the boiler suppliers to undertake a 'Year 1' Service and that date was delayed. Having explained my dependency Z & Z said to call when the Service was complete. This I did and Z &Z whereupon attended site today, undertook the check and issued the record sheet. Excellent customer-centric service!

Efficiency of service and good time keeping.

I have dealt with several engineers in my business and this gentleman Zia is unique. He is prompt, straightforward and above all efficient. I find him sincere as compared to other engineers who we have dealt with. Thumbs Upp
