Got in contact for a small job (that none of the other trades people I contacted seemed interested in). Responded quickly, was available promptly, good service and did the work to a high standard. Recommended and would definitely use again.

We recently had our bathroom done and are really pleased with the result. The finish is excellent, and everything was completed to a high standard. It was a full rip-out and reinstall from scratch, and he handled everything seamlessly. Arpad was reliable, professional, and always on time. Communication was clear throughout, and he guided us through the whole process. Highly recommend!

Zanin property services did an excellent job replacing my laminate worktops. They were very professional from estimate through to the end of the job, showing up on time for appointments or phoning in advance the one time they had to rearrange. They took great care not to cause damage to my home and finished everything neat and level. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

We recruited Arpi to work on a large project, renovating our 3 bedroom house - to completely redo the kitchen (with tricky protrusions), even out and insulate the whole of downstairs, lay down flooring throughout, change all the radiators and many other tasks such as building a nice box to cover the top of the stairs in one of the bedrooms. He is courteous, punctual and hard working. We are extremely satisfied and will call him for any future project.

I am very pleased with this company, Arpi is extremely good at communicating and very friendly. Him were a pleasure to have working for me and made the experience as easy as possible. They completed a very impressive job of full flat renovations. I will definitely be using them in the future for other jobs within my renovation.
