Jeremy was fantastic. Punctual, managed expectations to explain what carpet stain would and wouldn’t come off, delivery a fast efficient service with outstanding results. Jerry was very quick to respond to my enquiry. We arranged a time and kept in contact and he was able to fit us in a bit sooner than we thought. He did a great job on a sofa and all the carpets. Looks so much better, like new! Very professional and polite throughout the visit. Thanks Jerry.

The choice of Zero Dry Time Farnham was a bit off a risk. We hadn't seen or read any reviews, they just happened to be local. All risk was soon overcome. The work done was exceptional. Our sitting room carpet was an embarrassment having suffered from a smoke -emitting log-burner that was initially difficult to light and regularly gave a smokey start. Moving the furniture showed us just how bad it was. We hoped for some improvement after cleaning but got carpets that are now practically as good as new. I would recommend Zero Dry Time every time, and have already done so. Great service and value.

Gary phoned to confirm his arrival time, inspected the suite, gave me a quote and offered to do the work there and then! 2 hours later my 3 piece suite looks great again! Gary was very pleasant, explained exactly what he was proposing to do, and delivered as promised. Well worth the money. He does a range of specialist cleaning services and I would recommend him without hestitation!! Thanks.
