Martin made contact after the original tradesperson was unable to make the planned appointment. Martin was very professional and friendly in our contact. He is obviously very knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about providing the best service. He made two further visits to ensure the pest control was successful. He also provided advice on how to prevent recurrence. I would have no problem in recommending Martins services.

Address pest issue
I used Martin’s services to deal with a rodent issue that we had under our property. He dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently and was polite and courteous to myself & neighbour, as he also had to access their property to treat the pests. Martin came back a week later as promised to check on and complete the work and I felt reassured that the issue had been dealt with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin’s services.

Bees coming into the house
Martin was great. We discovered bees coming into our house (our kitchen!) from a hole in the external brickwork over the weekend. I spoke to Martin on the Monday, he was able to come round on the day, located the problem, fixed it and charged a reasonable price. All in under an hour. Martin wasn’t the first person I called but he was definitely the most helpful, most knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I would absolutely recommend him for any pest control problems you discover.
