Washer dryer repaid
A terrible company that I would not recommend. Paid £139 for them to fix washer dryer. The engineer said he could not repair the machine as the machine had been installed on wooden blocks. They said they would only refund 40%. Subsequently had someone else take a look – he agreed it wasn’t standard to have on wooden blocks but then took all of 5 minutes to get the machine out. Long story short, via a technicality they have taken £83 and done precisely nothing. Terrible washing machine experience
This was the first time I used Zest. Firstly, I have learned to avoid the extra charges by going directly to a company, not a 'middle man'. Zest told me told me that their repair people carried all spare parts and took the model of my machine. Of course they cannot carry parts for every model. Repair guy (Gregg, nice guy) came out on 27Feb to 'diagnose problem' but due to completely farcical /inept system did not return to 2 April to actually fix the problem ! Dishwasher motor replacement
The company visited as requested, diagnosed fault and ordered replacement part. The work was carried out some days later with the Engineer experiencing some difficulty removing the integrated machine from under the very solid work surface. Changed washing machine door seal.
Was connected almost instantly by the company. They booked in the repair and ordered the parts. On the day, the tradesman was running late but did contact us to let us know. Rubbish was left with us, which wasn't a problem this time as it was relatively small. Not sure if they would take anything larger.Verified reviewerJob location: WS11
