Yannis has helped out on a couple of my tenanted properties as well as my own. He is honest and hard working. Giving me an explanation of my options and his recommendations before fixing the problem. He has fixed both large and small issues and is always reasonably priced. He also turns up on time and seems to have good work ethics.
