Unfortunately I must leave a bad review having exhausted my other options. I first contacted him on 7th July, where he promptly came to my house to review the scope of works. I asked for a break down/ costs to send to my landlord, which took until 27th July to receive. I promptly paid half the cost upfront, we are now in October and the work has not been completed. I have tried to re-arrange multiple dates and have since asked for a refund instead and now receiving radio silence despite the fact I can see they have been on since my last calls/ messages.

Mo arrived on time, on both occasions; was courteous, obliging, quick and efficient. He gave me very useful information, explanations and advice. He is the best worker I have had from Zitoc mould remover.

The engineer was very helpful acknowledgeable and carried out a great job

Excellent service. His very informative and use very efficient methods to deal with moulds. Very polite and on time.
