Gutter Cleaning - Relaible, friendly and quick to respond
I posted the gutter cleaning job on Sunday evening and Zed texted me straight away. He came round Monday, gave me a quote on the spot and did the job there and then. He took photos before and after so I could see the difference, which I appreciated since I couldn't get up there myself. Zed's a friendly guy who knows his stuff and is easy to talk to. I will be using him again to clean and treat the roof in the future. Would highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: LE4RHiren P10 Roof Cleaning

Humane, effective and easy to work with.
Zed was very pleasant to hire. We had pigeons under our solar panels, and needed it cleaned and blocked off. He made sure to start work when there were as few pigeons as possible, and we worked together to flush out any left so that they would not get trapped. He also thoroughly cleaned my roof, notified the neighbours, kept me updated and worked with me the entire time so that I was up to speed. Couldn't have asked for better.Verified reviewerJob location: LE5RYusuf R10 Roof Cleaning

Professional and affordable roof cleaning services and roof restoration. Clear or colour cote. East Midlands area (Nottingham, Leicester, Derby). For a FREE, no obligation quotation, call us.
Having your roof cleaned professionally not only makes a huge difference aesthetically, but also extends the lifespan of the tiles and saves you money on future repair works. As an exterior surface, your roof is significantly exposed to the elements.
The build-up of dirt, moss and other organisms can cause damage over time, leading to costly repairs. Gutters clogged with leaves, twigs, dust, and other debris prevent the gutter system from working as intended. Clogged gutters can serve as a nesting place of pests, lead to roof leakage and even flood your foundations.
We offer:
- Roof and gutter cleaning.
- Roof tile replacement: any cracked, broken, missing or suspect tiles will be replaced with new, matching tiles.
- Roof tile treatment: an anti-fungal treatment will be applied on the entire roof to kill the micro roots.
- Roof tile coating / sealant: we also apply two coats of 100% acrylic, fungicidal quality, waterproof coating for durability.
After a professional cleaning, your roof will look just as good as new, and the gutters will function properly.
ZED Roof Cleaning is a local family-run business with more than 5 years of experience. With our expert knowledge on using jet washers safely on different type of tiles, your roof will be in good hands.
Protect the roof that protects you!
