We had what turned out to be a very noisy, very nibble squirrel in our loft. Zaak came out the same day we contacted him and confirmed this, then set some traps. The loft was roasting in a heatwave and the traps needed setting in the most distant corner from the entrance hatch so fair play! A couple of subsequent visits to remove the captured squirrel, confirm no others and block the entrance hole on the roofline and a reasonable price for everything. Lovely guy as well, friendly, chatty, explaining everything during his visits. Can highly recommend for any pest problems you may have. 10\10.

I contacted Zaak after we discovered that a beast of some sort had got into our loft area. He turned up within 24 hours of me contacting him, quickly identified areas where something might be getting in and sealed them up. A few days later the invader was back. Contacted Zaak again, he turned up the same day and set traps in the loft, and spotted another entry point that was not easily visible from outside. One week later the critter (a squirrel) was no more. Zaak then filled the gap outside, job done. Super professional service from Zaak, quick & efficient. I would highly recommend him.

Came over promptly after we found a mouse in the house. Checked the property thoroughly, and baited and trapped areas of ingress. Returned twice to check traps and seal areas of ingress. A helpful and reliable service.
