Came over promptly after we found a mouse in the house. Checked the property thoroughly, and baited and trapped areas of ingress. Returned twice to check traps and seal areas of ingress. A helpful and reliable service.

Zaak has completed a pest control job in an outbuilding, which has been going on for a long time. Now resolved, I am so relieved and confident with the work done, after spending so much on big companies that have just fobbed me off. Zaak is knowledgeable in all aspects of pest control, professional and reliable at reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Zaak responded quickly to my request and provided a price and timescale, both of which were acceptable. I was kept updated on ETA, which matched what we had agreed. The work was carried out efficiently, and Zaak e-mailed me an invoice for the amount agreed. I hope not to have need of this service again, but would be happy to call Zaak if I did.

He arrived on time, and professionally carried out the work. Happy with the cost and service, as well as Zaak's attitude.

I had Zaak in for removal and proofing due to squirrels in loft. Zaak was easy to work with, great communication, swift and efficient work and has solved the squirrel problem! All of this in 2 visits and a great price, can't ask for much more and I would be using his services again if I ever needed them again!
