I'm writing this review because I feel pressed by poor customer support and need to warn others. I have a 4 month old underfloor system fitted by ZLM Property which is not properly installed. It is missing the ordered thermostat and is wired incorrectly. ZLM are not proactive in setting a repair date and near impossible to contact. They do not respond to messages / calls for weeks if at all and when they do inevitably they state they are very busy.

Zach did a wonderful job of my bathroom renovation and kitchen underfloor heating. He completed the work to a very high quality and was a delight to work with. I would have no hesitation recommending him and I, along with my friends and family, still use him now.

Communicated regularly throughout, tidied up afterwards and sorted it all out promptly. Would absolutely recommend Zach and will use him again in the future.

I have and will continue to use Zack for his professional service and expertise. Zack has placed a new stone hearth in my living room, plumbing jobs, built me a new log storage unit and tiling my hallway. Highly recommend
