We desperately needed to refurbish our unevenly paved, multi level patio. Zone Cee advised us on the best decking for our needs & within days transformed an unusable area into a beautiful level area where we can relax & entertain. The workmanship is second to none. They had to remove bushes, slabs & rocks. Everything was removed & left tidy. Zone Cee were appointed to renovate a large two-bedroomed apartment in Warwick, the work involved roof & gutter repairs, re-plastering, fitting new windows, installing a new kitchen & bathroom, tiling, new electrics & plumbing throughout plus redecoration. The work was undertaken to a very high standard, it was on time and most importantly within the agreed budget. The company were very professional and discreet with their procedures, its almost like you would'nt know they were on site. The areas were screened off very well and sound dust and smells kept to a minimum. This is very important when you consider tricky working environments such as schools and offices. We use Zone Cee for a multitude of trades and have done so for many years. They have all trades within their company so are able to provide a complete turn key solution to all of our building needs. We find them very quick to respond to our need for quotations and a speedy response to starting the work. All of their staff are DBS checked, which helps enormously in our school environment. History.
Zone CEE are a Midlands based company founded in 1984.
We aim to provide interior refurbishment, building alterations, new build and general contracting services to domestic, commercial, education, industrial, and local authorities.
We have developed a reputation for providing a high standard of craftsmanship, which supports our creative and innovative works.
With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, we use our wealth of experience to provide a full package to our clients with the whole project managed by us – all the way through.
We can provide advice and guidance as well as design inspiration and visualisation.
Health, Safety & Environment.
We believe Health & Safety on our sites is paramount and all our H&S systems are accredited by CHAS, a founding member of the SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement).
This ensures that we can safely fulfil our role as a Principal Contractor to the standards required by Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, and ultimately under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
All our onsite staff have CSCS cards and those working within Education have had Enhanced DBS checks.
We always consult with our clients as to their needs when it comes to carrying out works on any site, and we have significant experience working safely in schools and other occupied sites.
Our site supervisors are SSSTS trained and all operatives undergo regular Health & Safety training.
Our Health & Safety Policy & Arrangements document is available upon request.
We are currently working towards BS 8555, our Environmental Policy is available upon request.
Specialist Toilet & Washroom Installers.
We have been refurbishing toilets and changing rooms for over 25 years and have a specialist team devoted to these projects.
Zone CEE operatives carry out all installation work for the cubicle systems including all associated plumbing requirements – meaning our installations are covered by our 12 months defects liability period.
We are able to advise you on all the possibilities of your washroom refurbishments including: space planning, Building Regulations requirements and finishes.
Personnel.
We work with the CITB to ensure all our staff and sub-contractors undertake regular certificated training with approved training providers, gaining qualifications in:
SMSTS, SSSTS, PASMA, CPCS, IPAF, UKATA, and First Aid.
All staff undergo Enhanced DBS checks before working on site and are identifiable by their ID badges when on site.
Our team are adaptive, friendly and experienced. We will always endeavour to help our clients throughout the project to achieve the results envisaged.

Zone CEE are signatories to the Birmingham Business Charter for Social Responsibility.
