I've never left a bad review ever but I really regretted hiring these guys. Skimmed ceilings are nice and smooth but my home was left a mess. Rubbish in garden and plaster on my floor which I'd asked them to be careful with. They installed radiators with the valves at a 30 degree angle. I'd bought pipe covers that were too short and instead of telling me, they fit them and now I can't remove. I was in hospital so didn't see the work before paying and when I realised, I communicated the above. I was then told I would have to pay £160 for it to be fixed... Terrible experience.

Part of a driveway cracked within a couple of weeks of completion, 4 months later - still no one came back and even looked at it. I sent pictures and we had one telephone conversation- that’s it. I’ve been constantly mislead about fixing the issue via what’s up messages only. Now just being ignored as the whole crew went AWOL. It’s been 5 months now I am chasing so gave enough time to make amendments. On top not agreed before job started: - additional charges throughout - half money up front after work commenced - job took 2 weeks - 1 week was agreed Terrible experience! Never again.

We are delighted with the work that Zonecrew completed for us. The patio and paths look amazing! The quality of the work, attention to details and ability to translate ideas into reality are fantastic. They provided great advice as well as workmanship. Communication was great - always kept up to date on plans, always showed up as agreed - always timely, clean, efficient. Highly recommend them!

Very professional and well organised project completed within the promised time frame. Would definitely use them again for future projects.
