Be very careful before you even think about using this contractor. It's a single person company (not builder himself) He promised us to do all the job within 3-4 months after 11 we had to give up and finish all with someone else. Few times been caught lying and using materials different from those agreed. Tried to skip floor foundations luckily we found out in time.The list is long. Very stressful process. Avoid at any cost, it's all but trouble. On the other hand I must say he had used some good contractors who did the job brilliantly but they're not working with him anymore
