Great service and results without any fuss
2 large coffee spills left bad stains on a nearly new carpet even after trying to treat it ourselves with vanish etc. Called 1A who were able to come in the next day. Immediately on arrival the technician (Justin) tested the carpet to establish material make up before connecting kit with his van. 20 minutes later all done and carpet as good as new. Very impressed with service & results at a decent cost. Highly recommended.

Superb job undertaken!
Fantastic carpet and sofa clean today. Both are like new now. Really lovely team who arrived today, on time, efficient, great attention to detail and fabulous customer service0. We have used this company annually for over 10 yrs now and would always recommend them.

Cleaned carpets
Our carpets were in a very poor state, having not been cleaned professionally for 6 years, plus dogs running about on them constantly. We thought we might need to replace the carpets, but James did a superb job to restore them to perfection. He worked long and hard, particularly on some stubborn stains. We will book 1A Acclaim on a yearly basis from now on. They have saved us a lot of money and we recommend them without reservation.
