Thanks for taking the time to visit our site and I hope you have time to look through some of our pictures or even visit our website. We are a small business which was established in 1996 and have 20 years experience in paving services and landscaping in the Bounemouth Poole and Christchurch area. We specialize in all types of block paving, tarmac and shingle driveways,paths and patio's, and no job is to big or to small. We also build garden walls, fences,drainage and hard landscaping projects and have lots of experience in Natural stone products and laying of all types of slabs/flagstones.. If your concerned about the new regulations for storm water, give us a call for some free professional advice on permeable paving.

We are very particular about the foundations for our work and so all work comes with a 10 year guarantee from subsidence. We strive to start jobs when booked and promise to keep you well informed if there is any delay due to adverse weather etc. We aim to be competitive on price without cutting any corners.

Removal of old tarmac and installing new block paving and fencing

Caine and his team were punctual, hard working and tidy workers. They were sympatric to our needs and provided a first class job at a competitive price. The weather was not kind for laying over 140 sq metres of block paving in early January but they soldiered on in very cold wet windy weather.

Block paving, fitted fence panels and wooden gates.

Excellent job from start to finish. Work to a really high standard. The unexpected little issues were dealt with without any fuss. We didn't really know what we wanted at first, however, they gave us plenty of guidance and some really useful ideas. We are delighted with the results, it has transformed our garden and driveway. We would have no hesitation in recommending 1st Choice Driveways.

Ground works and laying of block paving on driveway. Erection of fence and building of the front garden wall

Caine and his team were friendly, polite and conscientious and did a fantastic job despite the weather on a fairly big project. Caine is extremely knowledgeable and patient and spent time with us designing the driveway and explaining all the possible options fully. This was over several visits before the work began. I could not be more pleased with the final result which looks amazing, and it was such a great price too. I would recommend him and his team to everyone. Genuinely nice people who do a great job
